James Margulies – I was drawn to real estate investment because of its inherent potential for growth and impact. 

By revitalising properties and revitalising communities, I saw an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while building a successful business.

James Margulies – At the outset, my mission was simple: to create a legacy of excellence in real estate investment. My vision was to transform underutilised properties into thriving assets that would benefit both investors and the community at large.
